Plan, organize and direct and market research activities and use finding to recommend better product and marketing strategies that will meet organizational business objectives. The head also plan and conduct market intelligence activities that involve collecting information about the company’s market trends, computers and customer monitoring and analyzing that information for the purpose of accurate and confident decision making in determining strategy such as market opportunity, market penetration strategy and market development.
