Thus, IMS is looking for Account Executive&nbsp;who will be responsible for our clints under Business Development and Sales teams.&nbsp;Job Summary:The Account Executive&nbsp;is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. The Account Executive will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to meet sales targets, generate new business, and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition:<ul><li>Identify and target new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to approach potential clients and convert leads into sales.</li><li>Conduct market research to understand the industry landscape and identify prospects.</li></ul>Sales Strategy Execution:<ul><li>Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless handover to the account management team.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to develop and execute strategies that support revenue goals.</li><li>Present and demonstrate the company’s products or services to potential clients, tailoring the approach to meet their needs.</li></ul>Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and resolving issues promptly.</li><li>Proactively engage with clients to identify additional opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.</li></ul>Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:<ul><li>Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.</li><li>Continuously monitor progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.</li><li>Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular performance updates to the sales leadership.</li></ul>Contract Negotiation:<ul><li>Lead contract discussions and negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li>Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly defined and agreed upon.</li><li>Manage renewals and extensions of contracts with existing clients.</li></ul>Sales Pipeline Management:<ul><li>Manage and track all sales activities using CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring accurate records of client interactions.</li><li>Keep an organized and updated sales pipeline, ensuring that potential deals are accurately forecasted.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to assess the health of the sales pipeline and take necessary actions to close deals.</li></ul>Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work:<ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation and promotional activities that support sales efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with product development and customer success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale handover and excellent customer experience.</li><li>Provide feedback from the field to help refine the company’s product offerings and services.</li></ul>Customer Insights and Reporting:<ul><li>Gather and communicate customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to the business development team.</li><li>Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and key metrics to sales leadership.</li><li>Use insights to continuously refine sales tactics and enhance customer engagement strategies.</li></ul>Salary: Per Company ScaleReports To: Events and Sponsorship Manager

In a significant effort to bridge the gap between education and employment, Dereja, in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Skills (MOLS) and the Mastercard Foundation, successfully hosted the 2023 National Career Expo on October 18-19 at Millennium Hall, Addis Ababa. The event attracted over 12,000 recent graduates, including more than 3,000 highly trained graduates from Dereja Academy, and offered a platform for them to connect with 200 companies, presenting 7,000 potential employment opportunities. Prominent organizations representing diverse industries, including manufacturing, financial services, agro-processing, development, and construction, such as Awash Wine, Habesha Breweries, Dodai, JTI Ethiopia, Plan International, PurposeBlack Ethiopia, Dashen Bank, and EEIG Construction participated in the expo. The Career Expo featured a range of engaging activities, including:<ul><li>Employer booths where job seekers could learn about open positions and meet recruiters.</li><li>Forums for employers to emphasize the need to invest in young talent.</li><li>Orientation sessions on how to prepare for the career expo.</li><li>Training sessions for both employers and job seekers.</li><li>An HR conference.</li><li> </li></ul>Leading up to the Expo, four regional job fairs were held at Wollo University, Jimma University, Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, and Adama Science and Technology University. These fairs connected up to 2,400 candidates with 98 employers, including Dashen Bank, INSA, Horizon Addis, United Beverages, ALX Ethiopia, Jotun Ethiopia Paint Manufacturing, and Unilever Ethiopia. This regional approach ensured broader access to employment opportunities across the country. Through its forums for employers, orientation sessions, training sessions, and HR conferences, the 2023 National Career Expo served as a networking event and an educational platform, equipping Ethiopia’s youth and employers with the necessary tools to navigate and succeed in the evolving job market.&nbsp; <h2>Introducing the Milk Run Campaign</h2> Building on the success of the 2023 National Career Expo, we are excited to introduce the Milk Run initiative. This initiative by Dereja aims to further bridge the gap between talented graduating students and leading national and international employers. Drawing inspiration from the traditional milk delivery routes, the Milk Run symbolizes routine, reliability, and efficiency in delivering career opportunities to students nationwide.
