Job Responsibilities:<ol><li>Requirement analysis and solution design:<ul><li>Communicate with customers in depth, collect customers' business requirements, analyze technical requirements, and provide targeted solutions.</li><li>Design and recommend appropriate IT solutions based on the customer's service scenarios, including the data storage, network architecture, software system, cloud service, and security solutions.</li></ul></li><li>Pre-sales technical support:<ul><li>Assist sales team in technical communication with customers, answer customers' technical questions;</li><li>Provide product demonstration and technical explanation, and write technical solutions, white papers, and bidding documents.</li><li>Participate in bidding, write relevant technical documents and quotation scheme.</li></ul></li><li>Product Promotion and Training:<ul><li>Assist the marketing department to carry out technical presentation and product promotion activities;</li><li>Provide technical training to customers to ensure that customers understand and use the solution;</li><li>Collect market and customer feedback, assist product team to optimize and improve products.</li></ul></li><li>Project support:<ul><li>Participate in the requirement survey, solution design, and implementation of the project to ensure that the solution meets the customer's requirements.</li><li>Keep close communication with the customer's technical team and handle the technical questions and problems in the pre-sales phase.</li><li>Support sales and account managers to achieve sales targets and technical delivery.</li></ul></li></ol>
