Built in 2002, the twelve-floor structure and an Extension of Seven- floor building currently has different offices, shops, restaurants, studios and other.Dembel City Center is part of a modern development of the city center along Bole Road, also known as Airport Road or Africa Avenue.REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager<ol><li>MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</li></ol><ul><li>The Leasing and Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing Manager in supporting the company’s leasing and Marketing programs.</li><li>The Leasing and Marketing Officer work with the Marketing Manager to execute the leasing and marketing strategies for Demebel City Center to ensure that the property achieves 100% occupancy and maximizes revenue by growing rent rates.&nbsp;</li></ul><ol><li>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</li></ol><ul><li>Works closely with the Marketing Manager to develop leasing and revenue generating plans;</li><li>Assists the Marketing Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis and market trends;</li><li>Update and maintain the Leasing database; Maintains a comprehensive database of tenants proposed, current and previous tenants</li><li>Actively promotes leasable spaces and seeks out new commercial opportunities</li><li>Show spaces that are available for lease as required;</li><li>Reviews tenant applications and proposals and makes recommendations to the Senior Management;</li><li>Prepare new leasing contracts and submit to the marketing manager for approval.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow-up &amp; up date or re-new the leasing contracts on time.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the HR &amp; General Service Section and other departments&nbsp; in the administration of all leasing contracts and day to day tenant relations for leasing operations.</li><li>Compiling statistical information as required;</li><li>Manage Dembel City Center’s social media pages by creating weekly content and responding to comments and messages;</li><li>Update Dembel City Center’s website with relevant information as required together with the company ICT Department;</li><li>Assist with developing marketing strategies;</li><li>Undertake daily administrative functions and coordination of marketing activities,</li><li>Works closely with the Finance Team in organizing and analyzing of relevant statistical &amp; leasing information.</li><li>Ensuring that all relevant information is handed over to Finance Department&nbsp; for processing;</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating report/survey/questionnaires;</li><li>Prepares annual leasing and marketing budgets and monthly leasing and marketing reports</li><li>Executes Leasing and marketing plans as approved by Senior Management&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the sourcing and ordering Company’s promotional items;</li><li>Performs any other relevant duties as directed by the Marketing Manager or or Mall Manager.</li></ul>
