We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to our company . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of &nbsp;projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction works are of high quality, meet the project specifications, and are completed on schedule.Place 0f work:- Tulefa projectds (60 km from Addis Ababa)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the project</li><li>Control the quality of construction works technically on site</li><li>Prepare construction reports regularly</li><li>Monitor the project progress and make sure it is on schedule</li><li>Ensure that all construction works are done according to the project specifications, codes, and regulations</li><li>Manage the construction crew to ensure that they are following the safety procedures</li><li>Communicate with the project manager, architects, and engineers to ensure that the project is on track</li><li>Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized construction site</li><li>Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure that all workers are following the safety procedures</li></ul>
