The objective of the Analytical and Diagnosis Phase through the realization of the SUIDAC Feasibility Study is to identify the project activities that will be implemented during SUIDAC and to assess which activities of the Action will be implemented directly by the Municipality and which will require the leadership of a Technical Implementing Partner (TIP).Background&nbsp;and&nbsp;Objectives&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;SUIDACStarting in June 2024 and spanning 48 months, Cities Alliance (UNOPS) will manage the “Sustainable Urban Integration of Displacement-Affected Communities” (SUIDAC) Action, funded by the European Union. This action will address the intersection of forced displacement and urban development across nine cities in five Sub-Saharan countries: the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ethiopia, Somalia, Sudan, and Uganda. Focusing on governance, citizenship, environment, economic realities, and services, the action aims to support Displacement-Affected Communities (DACs) and their host cities. DACs include forcibly displaced populations (refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced persons, returnees) and host communities.
