As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of human resource &amp;amp; general service functions, ensuring the effective recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. This role is crucial in managing HR functions and ensuring that our workforce is motivated, skilled, and aligned with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and vision. • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards. • Manage employee performance management systems and facilitate training and development programs. • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives to build a strong, future- ready talent pool .Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture that fosters employee engagement and job satisfaction • Serve as a strategic business partner, advising management on HR-related matters and contributing to the overall success of the organization. • Ensure the company's HR practices adhere to local labor regulations and best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with the organization’s operational and strategic objectives. • Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, motivation, and retention. • Continuously monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions. • Actively monitor and address potential risks related to the company &amp; facilities and general operations, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and employee safety. • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including business unit leaders, functional teams, and employees, to understand their needs and address their concerns related to human resources and general services administration.SAH context specific roles: The Senior Human Resources &amp;amp; General Service Officer is also responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, general administrative operations for the company. This role serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving initiatives that support the company growth and workforce objectives.
