KK PLC is a privately owned company engaged in the real-estate development. we are currently &nbsp;looking for a competent&nbsp;Real-estate project Manager –with passion of a dynamic and experienced who can lead our operations and drive continued success across these sectorsKey Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead and manage real estate projects from the initial stage through to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure that project designs meet the required standards and client expectations.- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Identify required roles from construction workers, engineers, architects, real-estate marketing and other teams.
