Background:Nikat Charitable Association, a sex workers-led organization in Ethiopia, is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a Stakeholders Engagement Strategy. The organization’s priority areas of work includes, Lobby&nbsp;and&nbsp;advocate&nbsp;for&nbsp;universal&nbsp;access&nbsp;to health&nbsp;services,&nbsp;including&nbsp;primary&nbsp;health&nbsp;care,&nbsp;HIV&nbsp;and&nbsp;sexual and reproductive health and rights services, speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers, promotion of behavioral change on the rights of sex workers through mass media and safe sex through peer education and preparation &amp; distribution of IEC materials, build the collective agency and capacity of sex workers through training, forming and supporting female&nbsp;sex workers associations, and provide sex workers-friendly drop in centers for female sex workers and enhance the participation and partnership of stakeholders to ensure sustainability.The organization is dedicated to formulating a comprehensive stakeholder’s engagement strategy, with&nbsp;a specific emphasis on advancing the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) of sex workers.
