She/he is also responsible for handling complaints and violations, including delivering punishments.</li><li>Tracks employees’ performance appraisals are filled out and reviewed by his/her supervisor using the performance management tools.</li><li>Participates in career planning, guidance, and development for employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates pensions and benefits administration.</li><li>Facilitates Employees request like loans and work experience letters</li><li>Record and follow employee’s annual leave utilization.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with the Regional Manager and supervisors on monitoring staff performance and attendance.</li><li>Update the staff list monthly and report to supervisors.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates employees’ ID and insurance updates and renewal.</li><li>Collect/submit medical claims from/to Employee/Insurance companies and facilitate the refunds.</li><li>Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks such as drafting letters.</li><li>Document the outgoing &amp; incoming letters/ other files as appropriate.</li><li>Book/manage Air tickets for TCCE staff, government officials, and visitors.</li><li>&nbsp;Hotel arrangements for events and accommodation for TCCE staff and visitors.</li><li>Ensures the proper handling of office equipment (new and used) and machines and maintains supplies inventory annually, and reports to the country office.&nbsp;</li><li>Handling office and equipment maintenance and servicing.</li><li>Follow and monitor the performance of office assistants and security guards.</li><li>Handles all the routine and clerical work.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate utility payments (internet, dongles, electricity, water usage....)</li><li>Participate as a committee member in goods and service purchases.</li><li>Performs other activities as instructed by the supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul>
