About&nbsp;Gondar&nbsp;Malt&nbsp;FactoryGondar&nbsp;Malt&nbsp;Factory&nbsp;plc&nbsp;is&nbsp;part&nbsp;of&nbsp;NIGAT&nbsp;Corporate,&nbsp;commenced&nbsp;its&nbsp;operation&nbsp;in&nbsp;2014 G.C&nbsp;in&nbsp;Gondar&nbsp;town.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Company&nbsp;focuses&nbsp;on&nbsp;producing&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;beer&nbsp;malt&nbsp;from&nbsp;raw barley and aims to be a sustainable market for barley producers and farmers.&nbsp;Job&nbsp;summaryThe Company Human resources Development, Administration and General service Department&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;is&nbsp;accountable&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;General&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;and&nbsp;responsible for the Planning, Coordinating, Directing, Staffing, Developing and controlling of the Company Human Resource and Administration as well effective and efficient functioning of the General Services.&nbsp;Key&nbsp;duties&nbsp;and&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company’s business strategy.</li><li>Develop and maintain effective internal policies, procedures and guidelines which compliance with government laws and regulations.</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;legal&nbsp;compliance in&nbsp;human&nbsp;resource&nbsp;management.</li><li>Foster&nbsp;a&nbsp;positive&nbsp;working&nbsp;environment&nbsp;through&nbsp;a&nbsp;fair&nbsp;and&nbsp;consistent&nbsp;conflict resolution process.</li><li>Ensuring&nbsp;the&nbsp;management&nbsp;of&nbsp;recruitment,&nbsp;selection,&nbsp;and&nbsp;placement&nbsp;and&nbsp;promotion&nbsp;is in line with the rules and regulation of the company.</li><li>Develop&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;standard&nbsp;protocol&nbsp;for&nbsp;hiring,&nbsp;training&nbsp;and&nbsp;performance&nbsp;management.</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;vehicle&nbsp;maintenance&nbsp;and&nbsp;repairs&nbsp;including&nbsp;regular&nbsp;servicing.</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;the&nbsp;proper&nbsp;allocation&nbsp;and&nbsp;utilization&nbsp;of&nbsp;vehicles&nbsp;and&nbsp;fuel&nbsp;consumption.</li><li>Follow&nbsp;up&nbsp;the&nbsp;annual&nbsp;registration&nbsp;and&nbsp;inspection&nbsp;of&nbsp;vehicles.</li><li>Plan,&nbsp;organizes,&nbsp;directs,&nbsp;evaluates&nbsp;and&nbsp;supervises&nbsp;occupational&nbsp;safety,&nbsp;cafeteria and telephone services,</li><li>Oversee&nbsp;and manage&nbsp;a&nbsp;performance&nbsp;appraisal&nbsp;system&nbsp;that&nbsp;drives&nbsp;high&nbsp;performance to ensure consistency, fairness and timeliness.</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;pay&nbsp;plan&nbsp;and&nbsp;benefits program.</li><li>Assess&nbsp;training&nbsp;needs&nbsp;to apply&nbsp;and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;training programs.</li><li>Generate&nbsp;HR&nbsp;metrics&nbsp;to&nbsp;aid&nbsp;management&nbsp;decision-making.</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;all&nbsp;required&nbsp;resources&nbsp;are&nbsp;available&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;department.</li><li>Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional associations.</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;and&nbsp;promote gender&nbsp;equality&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company.</li><li>Serves&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;company’s&nbsp;Public&nbsp;relation&nbsp;and&nbsp;build&nbsp;images&nbsp;by&nbsp;participating&nbsp;with&nbsp;social afairs.</li><li>Protects&nbsp;organization's&nbsp;value&nbsp;by&nbsp;keeping&nbsp;information confidential.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;other&nbsp;duties&nbsp;and&nbsp;responsibilities&nbsp;given&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company General Manager.</li></ul>&nbsp;Salary:&nbsp;As per the company scale
