nutrition officers in OTP/TSFP/BSFP/IYCF and SC.&nbsp; Give due emphasis for the children admitted in SC.</li><li>Ensure that children are referred to TSFP/OTP or SC programme based on the national protocol/ international protocols considering all the criteria for referral.</li><li>Work closely and understand the C-MAMI programme:</li><li>Coordinate absentee, defaulter, static weight, loss of weight and follow-up with community engagement officer supervisor in the programme so that they could be traced and followed up.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the setting up and smooth operation of the stabilization centers and outpatient therapeutic program in the nutrition programmes.</li><li>Work with Community Engagement officers&nbsp; The identified gaps of the current system focus on a range of components and processes that, if revised and supported for improved uptake and use, could improve coordination across all partners and document and track maintenance actions in support of evidence-driven decisions for longer-term planning for CCE procurement, installation, maintenance and management.&nbsp;SummaryThe Regional Advisor will work closely with one or more EPSS hub/branch teams that are responsible for cold chain at the regional and woreda/facility level to support process improvements, coordination, data use for the maintenance system, and to build and maintain capacity for maintenance technicians. There will be 6 Regional Advisors on this project who will report to a national-level advisor/team leader based in Addis Ababa, who will be their supervisor.&nbsp;Specific responsibilities include the following:&nbsp;<ul><li>Contribute to understanding of the CCE management and maintenance system, ensuring the voices of the regional CCE maintenance technicians are represented.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to a human-centered design approach to co-create activities and priorities to be tailored to the EPSS hubs and the regions and woredas&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with regional health bureau technicians to improve planning and conduct of maintenance activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify current processes and information systems in place regionally for reporting and tracking CCE management and maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the updating of processes and procedures for CCE maintenance, followed by&nbsp; an appropriate roll-out.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish mechanisms for data review, using KPIs and incorporating temperature monitoring data as well.&nbsp;</li><li>Support CCE maintenance technicians to adopt procedures and processes, complete reporting requirements, and plan maintenance activities based on data and evidence.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the development/improvement of a spare parts inventory and resupply mechanism.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the design and development of a peer-to-peer learning and exchange platform, ensuring the perspectives of the maintenance technicians are represented.&nbsp;</li><li>Reinforce the use of the peer-to-peer learning and an exchange platform.&nbsp;</li><li>With the maintenance technicians, reinforce best practices for corrective and preventive CCE maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide hands-on training for technicians for CCE maintenance and systems use, particularly related to tracking and updating CCE inventory, maintenance activities, and temperature data.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate training opportunities, leveraging existing trainings and meetings where possible.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend relevant meetings at the regional level.&nbsp;</li><li>Document lessons learned, and provide regular reports to the supervisor in Addis Ababa.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul>
