The program aims to enable 10 million young Ethiopians (70% of them women) to access dignified and fulfilling work opportunities by 2030.&nbsp;&nbsp;The foundation has engaged the IPO to conduct impact monitoring across its supported country programs. This effort aims to measure progress toward shared strategic outcomes and impacts, while also tracking signs of systemic change at national level, as outlined in the Country RoadmapImpact Monitoring Project&nbsp;The IPO is working closely with implementing partners (IPs) to execute an in-depth quarterly impact monitoring initiative within Ethiopia. This initiative primarily consists of quarterly surveys targeting Foundation-supported youth and enterprises and annual studies to tracking changes at system level. The goal is to collect data and combine quantitative and qualitative approaches to narrate the journey towards impactful outcomes.&nbsp;Job Description&nbsp;Node is currently recruiting Impact Monitoring Officers (IMOs) to support ongoing impact monitoring activities for a period of 1 year. Key duties/responsibilities will include collecting and collating quantitative and qualitative data (conducting surveys, in-depth, key informant and focus group interviews) with select project participants, note taking, transcription, data entry, ensuring data integrity and quality, and report writing.&nbsp;This full-time, one-year contract position will be based across various regions and districts in Ethiopia.Duties and Responsibilities of the Impact Monitoring Officers&nbsp;<ul><li>Attend the training and piloting provided by the senior team members</li><li>Conduct sampling according to the direction provided by the senior team members and supervisors</li><li>Conduct Interviews: Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with youth-in-work and enterprises per the sampling plan. This includes key informant interviews(KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs) with key populations as per the protocol.</li><li>Data Quality Assurance: Adhere to the study's data quality assurance protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data collected.</li><li>Data Management: Properly manage and upload collected data into the CommCare platform or other specified systems. Review transcripts of FGDs and Interviews against voice recordings to check for accuracy.
