The WPE Prevention Officer will train and supervise refugee community workers and community activists to respond to GBV issues in the camps. This includes providing ongoing training and mentorship for community workers, community activists, developing a quarterly work plan, and using monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure high-quality services. The WPE prevention Officer will encourage smooth communication, teamwork, and coordination among partners from the protection, health, legal, and psychosocial sectors committed to reducing the incidence of violence against women. And work with HO MEAL team.Key Areas of Accountability/DutiesMonitoring and reporting (30% of time)&nbsp;<ul><li>Organize and plan field level monitoring events and compile reports for managerial decision.</li><li>Take the lead role and assists field staff particularly front-line staff in developing regular data collection formats, field supervision checklists.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation is in place including filing project documents, indicators data sets, ToRs, assessment tools, formats, and reports.</li><li>Ensure the systems used to collect data on indicators and to generate relevant MEAL reports comply with established quality standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop field/program/project data base systems and analyzing and interpreting data.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizes participatory monitoring events along with the facilitators and team leaders, partners, and communities.&nbsp;</li><li>Compiles regular field monitoring report including lessons and provide feedback for the project and his supervisor.</li><li>Collects and provides information and technical support in the preparation of quarterly or biannual reports.</li><li>Organize regular project review meetings and participate in panel monitoring.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists sector senior officers in reviewing and revising project M&amp;E plan and indicators as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and use simple and value-adding monitoring strategies and tools.</li><li>Identify best practices as well as opportunities for MEAL capacity building.</li></ul>Information management (20% of time)<ul><li>Take the lead role in setting-up appropriate database system at field, project, and program level.</li><li>Ensure the&nbsp;effectiveness and adequacy of systems to track flow of information on inputs utilization and program participation, including the process of beneficiary selection and project prioritization.</li><li>Provides information management support to action research initiatives being conducted in the woreda/Town.</li><li>Submits updated data set to the required sector officers and PM within the project and partners to update all different levels on program database on quarterly basis.</li><li>Maintains a&nbsp;minimum set of M&amp;E reference materials at the&nbsp;project level in the field office.&nbsp;</li><li>Update the project information on a&nbsp;regular basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead on the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of MEAL results.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and formulate MEAL findings, lessons learned and recommendations and avail results for decision-making processes and further project development.</li><li>Facilitate dissemination of lessons learnt across the GOAL team, partners, donors and other stakeholders as need arises.</li><li>Work closely with CLA and MEAL team of consortium organization to ensure integration and harmonization among consortiums members.</li></ul>Evaluation and learning (20% of time)<ul><li>Organize periodic assessment events and facilitate HO initiated surveys.</li><li>Participate and organize major evaluation events happening in the field.</li><li>Prepare annual plans of major MEAL events and up-date the plan periodically.</li><li>Organize field level review meetings and participate in HO level major review meetings.</li><li>Ensure appropriate mechanisms that enhance learning to happen between projects and across sectors.</li><li>Initiate and facilitate quality program implementation through integration of learning and evaluation events across sectors/programs. The MHPSS Officer will continue to identify and address gaps in MHPSS programming, provide training and technical assistance, and support partner organizations in implementing MHPSS programming in an emergency environment. Areas of training and technical assistance may include but are not limited to, Psychological First Aid, crisis stabilization, and self-care.KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY/DUTIES&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee the implementation of all mental health and psychosocial activities.
