The company wishes to employ a qualified professional for the Senior Vehicle Sales Officer&nbsp;position.General Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the sales Division Head in the overall vehicles’ sales activities of the Company;&nbsp;involve in the sales action plan preparation processes; monitor customer preferences to&nbsp;determine focus of sales efforts; provide complete and relevant information to customers;&nbsp;prepare&nbsp;pro&nbsp;forma&nbsp;invoices&nbsp;and&nbsp;sales&nbsp;orders;&nbsp;examine&nbsp;and&nbsp;respond&nbsp;to&nbsp;customer&nbsp;complaints;&nbsp;and&nbsp;keep sales documents safe.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Participate in the preparation of annual action plan and budget for vehicles sales activities of the company.</li><li>Explain customers about the make, quality, price, etc. of Company vehicles and promote the vehicles.</li><li>Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty related issues.</li><li>Close sales by overcoming objection(s); complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties and financing; collect payment and deliver vehicle.</li><li>Ensure that vehicles are properly displayed in show rooms and that the show room is clean and attractive.</li><li>Follow-up on customer orders till delivery is finalized.</li><li>Prepare pro forma invoices, sales contract and sales orders.</li><li>Check vehicle sales contracts, issue orders, invoices and other relevant documents.</li><li>Follow-up any defects of vehicles if revealed during the handing over processes to ensure that it is corrected at company cost.</li><li>Investigate customer complaints and provide solution to problems causing those complaints.</li><li>Respond to sales inquiries in person or via phone, e-mail, fax, etc.</li><li>Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.</li><li>Maintain customer’s data base for future reference.</li><li>Build positive relationship with customers by keeping good rapport, responding to inquiries, and undertaking sales campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Prepare work order based on the customer needs.</li><li>Maintain vehicles sales activity records and reports.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly semi-annually, and sales reports.</li></ul>
