The Project Finance Head is a critical role responsible for leading and managing the project finance function within the organization. This position oversees the entire project finance lifecycle, from initial financial structuring to post-completion monitoring. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, risk assessment, debt and equity financing, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Financial Structuring:<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive financial models to assess project feasibility and risk.</li><li>Identify optimal financing structures, including debt and equity components, to minimize cost of capital and maximize project returns.</li><li>Negotiate financing terms with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare detailed financial projections and cash flow analysis.</li></ul></li><li>Risk Management:<ul><li>Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential risks to project viability.</li><li>Develop and implement robust risk management strategies.</li><li>Monitor and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.</li></ul></li><li>Regulatory Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including financial reporting, tax, and foreign exchange regulations.</li><li>Advise on regulatory changes and their impact on project finance.</li><li>Coordinate with legal and tax advisors to address complex regulatory issues.</li></ul></li><li>Financial Reporting and Analysis:<ul><li>Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including periodic updates and management accounts.</li><li>Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs.</li></ul></li><li>Team Management:<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.</li></ul></li></ul>&nbsp;
