We would like to recruit an Expenditure Accountant, who can join our diverse and talented Finance team. We offer an environment where development, challenge, and recognition are encouraged. Here is what we are looking for.Major duties and accountabilities:<ul><li>Ensure that Head Office REVEX disbursements are certified for accuracy, completeness and capture them on the system before they are passed for payment.</li><li>Make sure that payroll variable inputs are checked with the produced by the system before monthly process.</li><li>Pass adjusting journal entries as and when requested.</li><li>Ensure that all accounts under our own responsibility are reconciled and old items are cleared.</li><li>Prepare closing journal vouchers for accruals and other accounts for subsequent data entry into the G/L Systems.</li><li>Witnessing the physical stock at materials store on a quarterly basis and updating inventory system, follow up clearance of differences, if any.</li><li>Assists the section in the monthly closing.</li></ul>&nbsp;
