By 2030, we aspire to be a world-class saving and credit cooperative society, fostering a culture of saving and offering fair-interest loans.JOB SUMMARY&nbsp;The Cybersecurity Officer is responsible for safeguarding the organization's information systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role involves developing and implementing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, monitoring for security breaches, and responding to incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, an in-depth understanding of emerging threats, and the ability to develop and enforce security policies.RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that protects the organization's digital assets and aligns with its business objectives.</li><li>Monitor the organization's networks and systems for security breaches or incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate risks and contain threats.</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's IT infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.</li><li>Create, review, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.</li><li>Perform internal security audits and coordinate external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and identify areas for improvement.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, including coordination with internal teams and external partners, investigation of the root cause, and implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs to educate employees about security risks and best practices, fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.</li><li>Ensure the organization adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR, or industry-specific standards like PCI-DSS.&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with other departments, including IT, legal, and compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to information security.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee the deployment, management, and maintenance of security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and antivirus software.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the organization's cybersecurity posture, incidents, and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>&nbsp;
