Apex Confectionery PLC is a new light manufacturing firm engaged in the production of sweet foods such as chewing gum, candies, toffees and lollipops.&nbsp;The company is seeking to hire an ENGERTIC, DYNAMIC, PROACTIVE, ORGANIZED and COMPETANT Marketing Supervisor. Salary is negotiable based on relevant work experience.Position Summary: As a Marketing Supervisor at Apex Confectionery PLC, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our chewing gum products, increase brandawareness, and drive sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve our marketing and business objectives.Key Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target consumer segments.</li><li>Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.</li><li>Assess and advise on most effective marketing strategies and devise action plans and impact assessments</li><li>Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, and use this data to inform marketing decisions.</li><li>Develop and manage a team of Marketing Representatives/ Promoters, providing guidance, setting goals, and evaluating performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the product development team to innovate and improve existing products and introduce new chewing gum flavors and varieties.</li><li>Work closely with sales teams to create and implement strategies to boost distribution and sales of chewing gum products.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities.</li><li>Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments and optimizations as needed.</li><li>Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly</li><li>Monitor and manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li><li>Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management.</li></ul>
