CONTRACT LENGTH: 8 months
Child Safeguarding: Level 3: the post holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work, a police check will be required (at ‘standard’ level in the UK or equivalent in other countries.
Organizational Context and Scope:
The Coordination Support Lead -ECWG will work under direct technical supervision of CWG Coordinator and Co-chair, Addis Ababa.
The Coordination Support Lead - ECWG is to support the CWG Coordinator in fulfilment of his/her coordination mission to:
• provide leadership in emergency and crisis preparedness, response, and recovery.
• ensure evidence-based actions, gap-filling and sound coordination; and
enhance accountability, predictability, and effectiveness of Cash Working Group actions
