Overseeing the office management activities and facilitates the smooth running of an office, organizing people, information and other resources.
The Office manager ensures that office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, relevant records are up to date and all office management process work effectively.
Assist the manager as appropriate to prepare and edit communications, mails, letters, presentations and other documents.
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
Prepare and maintain record of various reports as needed in day-to-day office management tasks.
Preparing agreements and letter requested by GM and FM
Updating & sending the Sales Report sheet on daily basis
Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Ensures smooth running of the work by addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Participates in preparation of the administrative decisions and ensuring the explanations to which it may concerns.
Job Requirement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human resource Management or other related business fields.
Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a Trading company / business environment
Skills
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Flexible and able to work well under pressure
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy
Fluency in Amharic and English is required
Strong Microsoft office skills (MUST
Strong learning culture and positive attitude
