BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensuring all incoming calls are answered in a professional way and as per Hyatt Way at all times;
using the standard script for receiving and putting on hold of both and internal and external calls,
EXPERIENCE: Relevant experience in the field or similar positions is advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Excellent knowledge of products and services provided by the hotel.
· Must have superior English language skills to facilitate effective communication process.
· Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments
· Must be highly flexible with working hours.
