Job Summary:
To support head of the sub office in implementation of IMC Logistic guidelines and policies specifically in procurement activities.
Job Responsibility · Manage the maintenance of accurate filing systems, with documented and supported records of actions for audit purposes. · Prepare logistics reports and share to HO Logistics on time. · Provide necessary input that are relevant to maintain PR and PO tracking tools up to date. · Manage the logistics assistant to carry out the assigned tasks · Manage vehicles assignment and provide monthly vehicles report as per the organization policy · Ensures timely delivery of requests · Ensure compliance with the IMC procurement policy · Prepares procurement Request for Quotation (RFQ) and get quotations · Prepares vendors registration form and maintains the database · Ensures vendor code of conducts and master terms and conditions are always signed and filed properly whenever applicable · Prepares and maintains list of vendors data base · Prepares and maintains price list database · Responsible for all purchases · Ensures goods purchased match the quality and quantity mentioned in the PR · Performs similar tasks assigned by supervisor |
Job Requirement
Education:
· BA Degree in Logistics, Purchasing, Management, or similar field
Experience:
· (Two) 2 years INGO experience or Diploma with same fields above with 4 years of INGO experience
