Assist the project manager as well as the corporate Maintenance Department manager in planning and coordinating the Maintenance operation, including the staffing and operational areas and activities for equipment maintenance and administration services and maintenance facilities.
Implement policy and priority procedure for equipment maintenance and administration service and preventive maintenance and general repair and maintenance program.
Implement spare part and supply inventory control and utilization program and procedures.
In coordination with the Project Manager and project Administration and Finance Head coordinate and implement staff training, performance review and disciplinary and termination procedures.
Cooperate with the Construction Engineer and Supervisors in Implementation of project performance goal and objective in the utilization of Equipment maintenance and administration operation.
Ensure preventive maintenance and general repair maintenance of equipment and all company fleets are scheduled promptly and coordinated with the project progress schedule.
Identify opportunities for improving service delivery methods and procedures and implement improvements.
Implement and administrate equipment maintenance and administration service maintenance and upgrade annual budget.
Develop and Implement work order, task priority and schedule and assign and manage mechanics, electrician, operators and other support services as required.
Assign, remove, manage and train head mechanics, electricians, drivers and equipment operators according to their assignment.
Prepare and provide monthly project direct and indirect costs related to his / her services along with monthly project progress review report to the Project Manager. Participate in discussion with the project team and take the necessary corrective action to control cost overrun and wasteful expenses in the project.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Corporate Equipment Maintenance and Administration Department Manager.
Shall perform other similar duties as ordered by immediate supervisors.
Job Requirement
Minimum BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Automotive Technology or related field
Above 10 years experience in managerial position preferably in construction equipment & vehicles maintenance & administration position
Basic computer application, interpersonal, planning, leading, organizing and Reporting skill
