· Overall management and cost control of the crop farm unit allocated. Example: Weeding, spraying, harvesting,
· Comprehensive understanding on local crop planted farm demand of weed, spray and harvest
· Responsible for developing and adhering to all budgets, targets and costing of operations.
· Apply health and safety standards across the farm
· Daily report to Farm Manager
· Regular performance appraisals of all farm workers to ensure standards are upheld
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures
· Adheres to health and safety regulations.
· Good communication skill with staffs and temporary workers
· Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports..
· Maximizes the revenue of the company through applying list cost contract filed workers
· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
