Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform various tasks assigned by the employer or authorized personnel of the employer in various governmental and non-governmental organizations.
Proficient in Digital Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Linkedin, …etc.)
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
Creating Campaigns
Creating visual concepts for promotional activities
Managing the digital marketing calendar
Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content
Tracking digital marketing performance
Creating and updating digital marketing reports
Overseeing the digital marketing budget
Adopt a flexible, amicable, and community-oriented approach.
Present progress report regarding tasks on hand after every visit of the concerned organization.
Have valid evidence of service refusal or claims by officials on the reason why a task cannot be completed.
Design an approximate timetable for the execution of an assigned task.
Employ utmost professional wisdom and care to the timely execution of assigned tasks.
Keep confidential all information that comes to knowledge in the process of executing assigned duties.
Consistently monitor and create channels for problem-solving with organizations
Search for methods to improve workflow and efficiency.
Help senior officials to better manage the day to day activities
Respect the image and integrity of the company
Manage and assess data pertaining to the operations of the company
Perform all other duties as assigned and required by immediate supervisor.
Deliver documents to all the interested parties and similarly receive documents from both external and internal parties
Report to the Project Manager on a daily and weekly basis on community issues and the project’s performance in relation to those issues
Forward questions about the project from community leaders and residents to appropriate government authorities and the Project Manager
Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS
BA Degree required
2+ years of experience in a related role
Excellent communicative skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
Capability to negotiate with and influence others
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...etc.)
