The sales analyst evaluates and identifies trends in sales by analyzing industry data within the company. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting reports to the team and to management.
The sales analyst will also coordinate the rollout and implementation of our sales automation tool by working closely with the sales team in all channels to make sure all stakeholders partake in the implementation
Key Accountabilities
Compiling sales data from various sources and organize as per the business requirements.
Analyzing sales data and providing actionable insights to guide the sales activities.
Generate periodic (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) and ad-hoc reports.
Preparing visual and easy to understand presentations and sharing them with different stakeholders within the organization.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance and Marketing ROI.
Forecasting sales and stock requirements by channels and regions.
Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
Lead the rollout and implementation of our sales automation tool.
Job Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or related fields.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of data analysis, market research or any other related field.
Experience in sales environment and/or analytics tool usage is a plus.
