Farm Africa currently wishes to invite eligible bidders to conduct the project mid-term review towards assessing progresses and providing evidence conclusion and recommendations for successful implementation of the project over the remaining period. Qualifications of the Consultants
1. Bidders shall submit all the legal documents (registration license, renewed trade license (TIN, VAT/TOT certificates).
2. Bidders shall have a proven track record of the firm in conducting project evaluation in the area of integrated and multi-sectoral development approach for INGOs.
3. The lead consultant should demonstrate a sound knowledge of integrated development and practical exposure in evaluating integrated landscape and multisector interventions.
4. The lead consultant should be holder of MSc degree or above in forestry, NRM, Rural development, agriculture, environment or any other relevant disciplines.
5. The lead consultant and key experts should demonstrate academic and practical experience in literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative research methodology (over 5 years).
6. Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills; excellent reporting and presentation skills.
7. At least one team member should have experience with the evaluation of the EU- funded projects.
8. Fluency in spoken and written English and at least half of the team members should have working knowledge of the local language.
9. Bidders shall clearly state their unit price, number, and total price including VAT/ToT in ETB.
