Accountabilities
· Ensure that the established activities on the infrastructures are implemented as planned
· Execute and facilitate processes that lead to the commencement of infrastructure projects
· Document government standard designs, specification and bill of quantities of health post, health centre, schools, VIP latrines, etc. for planning, budgeting, immediate implementation, etc. as deemed necessary
· Give a modification ideas to the immediate supervisor for the standard designs according to the site setting as and when necessary for the proper execution of the project.
· Receives the verified construction materials from logistic department as per the issue and order of the Construction supervisor and stock them in a proper way at site where houses and temporary stores responsibly
· Distribute the construction materials from site where houses and temporary stores to labour contractors and daily workers only and only at construction sites and keeping their records properly in an auditable way.
· Take all data of materials as well as construction vehicles log sheet copies and evaluate their outputs with respect to the standards set by the PA.
· Conduct a day to day monitoring and supervision of ongoing constructions undertaking of PAs and ensure that the works are executed to the standard and as per the contract agreement through frequent visits.
· Ensure the use of take-of-sheets and verify take-off sheets and immediately submit for the Construction Supervisor
· Submit daily reports for status of construction projects in the PA for the Construction supervisor.
· Perform any other duties assigned in him as deemed necessary by his immediate supervisor
· Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

· Having a minimum of two years direct field related experience at NGO in Emergency Response Construction Tasks
· Good knowledge of written and spoken English, driving ability and good interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of reading and sketching plans
· Good knowledge of quantity Surveying & taking a take-off sheets
· Good knowledge of leading construction site works in Emergency areas
