National Podoconiosis Action Network (NaPAN) is a consortium of local and international CSOs reregistered under the new CSO proclamation # 1113/2019. NaPAN envisages to see Ethiopia free of podoconiosis with the mission advocating Neglected Tropical Diseases, creating public awareness towards NTDs and mobilizing local and global resources to combat these disease of the poor.
NaPAN’s first Financial and HRM was prepared in 2013. Hence, there is a need to update the manuals in response to prevailing human resource management needs and to the new accounting standards.
Hence, NaPAN is seeking for potential and qualified firm that can revise the organization financial and Human Resource Manual and develop Code of Conduct. The detail information about the manuals to be revised and the Code of Conduct to be developed is found in the Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared for this assignment.
