· Perform quality control checks of cleaning of the milk, yoghurt and cheese lines and communicate with operations team in case problems or deviations
· Improve and implement cleaning protocols to ensure food safety standard is met at all times
· Work with team members to effectively solve problems relating to quality. Ensure document control and reporting on those non-conformances and its corrective and preventative actions.
· Follow up data recording of traceability and implement recording for new and/or modified products and processing.
· Maintain data base of raw materials including all its required food safety documents
· Maintain HACCP plan and organize review meetings with safety team
· Undertake quality and food safety internal audits
· Make weekly food safety tours and follow up with the different team members involved (operations, maintenance, management…)
· Work together with safety officer on food safety overlapping tasks: recording of pest control monitoring and create action plan and its implementation in case deviation from standard
· Promote and maintain the importance of quality assurance throughout the organization through high visibility of the Internal auditor and non-conformity team in processes.
· Actively support and influence the improvement of site Food Safety and Quality Culture through the education of the wider team, providing food safety and quality direction and training where needed
· Bachelor degree in food science, food technology, food processing...
· 5 + years previous experience in a similar role within a food manufacturing environment.
· You’re driven by a customer mission and passionate about being part of a team of great people.
· Qualifications in HACCP and Quality Management
· A strong sense of accountability and responsibility

· Good PC & Microsoft office skills
· Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in Amharic and English.
