SCOPE OF WORK/ JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direct supervision of Camp and Program Manager, the CWI Prevention Officer will supervise the prevention activities in the two Shire camps. The CWI Prevention Officer will train and supervise refugee community workers and community activist to respond Gender related issues in the camp. This includes providing ongoing training and mentorship for community workers, community activist, develop a quarterly work plan and utilizing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure high quality services. The CWI prevention Officer will encourage smooth communication, collaboration and coordination among partners from the protection, health, legal, and psychosocial sectors committed to reducing the incidence of violence against women. Conduct workshops, trainings and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders and conducting response-related trainings for service providers to promote quality services.
