3. Educational Qualification
BEd/BA/MEd/MA degree in Educational Planning and Management, Educational Leadership, Pedagogical Science, Educational Psychology, or related discipline with Kindergarten Certificate/Diploma
At least 2 years of direct work Experience for MA and 4 Years for BA
Experience as a Private School Leader is Advantageous
Experience as a Kindergarten teacher/Educator
Additional training in the areas of planning, supervision, performance management (appraisal), Monitoring & evaluation
