Reports to: Program Manager
Supervises: Program Officers (two), Admin, Grant & Finance officer, M&E officer & support staffs (three) both in South and West Omo Zones, SNNPR
The Project Coordinator for SEEK II project, under the direct supervision of the Program Manager is responsible for overall coordination of the project activities and provide technical input and guidance on conflict management and peace-building components of the proposed European Union-funded thirty-three months collaboration in Cross-Border Areas of the Horn of Africa Region: Southwest Zones of Ethiopia. S/He will be responsible for bringing out best available practices and innovative approaches in implementing the proposed project in accordance with the EUTF agreement, under the direction of the EUTF SEEK II Program Manager. This position is based in South Omo (Turmi).

CONTACTS/KEY RELATIONSHIPS
The incumbent is expected to establish and maintain open and cordial relationship with government counterparts and other stakeholders at all levels in order to obtain the required support and collaboration for the smooth coordination and implementation of Pact’s capacity building projects. S/he is also required to work in collaboration with other departments and units of Pact.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND LEVEL OF TRAVEL REQUIRED.
The post holder will be stationed in South Omo (Turmi with possibilities of frequent field travel to West Omo and woredas.
