Position: Education Officer (National Position)
Reports to: Education Coordinator
Supervision of: Education project Activities in all NRC target Sites mainly, Fafan, Erar and Sitti Zones
Duty station: Jijiga
Travel: 50%
Duration and type of contract: Twelve months with possible extension.
Role and responsibilities
The education officer will lead the implementation of Education project activities at zonal and Woreda level. He/she will work closely with the Regional Education Bureau and Woreda education office, cluster supervisors and school directors. He/she will closely work with the education Project Coordinator in developing a project detail implementation plan and necessary project amendments.
