Key Responsibilities
The Director of Human Resources/ Human Res (in conjunction with the HR Team) will lead the day to day HR Operations.
This will include all aspects of Human Resources from employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, recruitment, wellness as well as the management of the HR Team, partnering HOD’s, Exec Com as well as driving the hotels KPI’s of GOP, , LTO, AOS etc.
Ø Degree in Human Resources Management / Diploma in Management & Degree in Hotel Management and/or equivalent
Ø Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as Human Resources Manager in a 4*/5* international hotels chain
Ø Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ø Self-driven and progressive work style & detail Oriented
Ø Perfect communication and analytical skills
Ø Excellent English skills (verbal and writing)
Ø Able to train and manage a team
Ø Proficient in micro soft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Ø Knowledge on HRIS System , Highly competent in these or similar systems MS PowerPoint Excel
