Job Summary
The Technology Leader is responsible for developing the firm’s Technology strategy in line with HST’s strategic business goals, developing program that enhance the firm’s eminence in the marketplace, and for supporting all business units by developing the firm’s capability with Technology solutions in establishing new relationships with clients and augmenting existing ones.
Technology Leader Core Competencies.
The Technology leader will join the firm initially at the capacity of a Senior Manager for HST Technology Business Unit with a clear career path that can lead to admission to partner/director position that entitles professionals a profit/dividend sharing compensation.

Validates that the requirements for services and products are met and approves the choice of vendor and/or alliance partners for large-scale projects, core functions and enterprise-wide initiatives. Assesses opportunities for consolidation and integration of solutions. Negotiates major enhancements to products and services provided by vendors as necessary to meet enterprise needs.
Strategic Thinking: Takes a holistic systems perspective. Envisions, compares, and contrasts multiple potential long-range enterprise-wide futures. Empathizes with multiple points of view. Challenge’s planning assumptions. Develops, research and tests hypotheses. Facilitates the creation and exploration of scenarios. Identifies trends and inconsistencies. Vendor & Alliance Management-Directs and sets terms and expectations for the provision of products/services from multiple, integrated vendor and/or alliance partners. Leads the evaluation and selection process for significant partnerships. Defines the criteria for and approves the choice of vendor and/or alliance partners for large-scale projects, core functions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Developing business-Regularly engages senior client management to identify their needs, tailors existing, or develops new, services and products to address existing and emerging client needs. Leads proposals and business development efforts. Makes budget, scope, and staffing decisions to ensure quality, maximize profitability and sell the work.
Knowing the business and the industry. Demonstrates deep knowledge in one or more specific business processes in one or more specific business and/or industry areas.

Job Requirement
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skill Set
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management information system, or related fields, with eight (8) years of demonstrated hands-on experience on IT related services out of which four (6) years in a managerial position; and
Having industry certification in any one of the following fields is mandatory: Project management, ITIL, ERP packages, CISA,
Very good communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills,
research skills, growth mindset and ability to motivate and mentor staff.
