The Senior Data Manager will be responsible for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting to improve health systems and to better detect and respond to outbreaks.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the study investigators in adapting and developing a data process that suits the activities of the study
Lead all data related activities of the project including data collection methods and tools, data cleaning, data quality and reporting
Generate key indicators; generate accurate routine reports as per study requirements
Perform and generate analysis results as per analysis plans
Upload and update system on the server and tablets, and perform the checks on every section of the program;
Ensure a system of quality data transaction between field site and central servers/cloud storages
Directly supervise team of data coordinators and assistants
Work closely with developers in managing data collection platforms
Work with local and international statisticians and epidemiologists;
Ensure data quality across surveillance works (e.g., data checks, audit)

Master's Degree in Statistics, Computer science, Information technology, Public Health, Epidemiology and Bioinformatics or related fields
Minimum 8 years' experience in Health Data Management & Data Quality Assurance
Skills and experience in Excel and at least one statistical software (SPSS, STATA, SAS, and R) is needed
Additional qualifications in computer science or IT are a plus
