Project Harar Ethiopia (PHE) is a registered non-sectarian Charitable Organization with an office in Harar Ethiopia and the Head Office in London, UK. The Organization collaborates with local governments, health and social workers, INGOs, local organizations and local communities to identify people with facial disfigurements from poor rural areas of Ethiopia, and arranges for them to access treatment.
