BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;&nbsp;Incumbent is responsible for the handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, both written and verbal, telephone calls, messages, appointments…etc. within twenty four hours received from potential clients. Coordinate group room and related function blocks with in-house departments, affiliates, and outside group contacts. &nbsp;The position holder is also responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinating with Sales team, property departments and client to ensure consistent, high level service throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases of property events.&nbsp;
