As part of our Experience Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our school community.Why Join as Admissions Associate?<ul><li>Impactful Role: Be the advocate for new families, ensuring they have a meaningful and intentional experience at ICS.</li><li>Dynamic Environment: Work independently while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to excellence in education.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>First Point of Contact: Provide support for new families from initial contact through successful induction.</li><li>Proactive Communication: Engage with prospective families, answering inquiries about admissions policies and processes.</li><li>Admissions Management: Oversee the admissions process, including application reviews, communication with parents, and managing acceptance and enrollment.&nbsp;<ul><li>Answer parent inquiries (email, phone, in person), conduct campus tours.</li><li>Direct parents through the online application process, including in-person assistance with the online application system.</li></ul></li><li>Community Engagement:&nbsp; Attend school events and be a positive presence for parents and colleagues, advocating for the school’s mission and values.</li></ul>
