This may only be done if they are given a chance to develop themselves and unlock their potential, so that they may become competent and able to find decent jobs.&nbsp;<br /><br />Dereja.com is a business unit of Ethiojobs.net - an Info Mind Solutions plc - founded to be a platform for junior professionals, graduates and students in a country primarily made up of young people. We believe that in order to elicit positive change, we must first find a solution to unemployment and equip the young potential we have. We strongly believe that everyone deserves a starting point. We give fresh graduates a chance to connect with employers and allow employers the chance to grab new talent and mold them to fit their corporate structure.&nbsp;<br /><br />Sometimes, all it takes for the successful transition from student to professional is the necessary exposure to the professional world as well as access to platforms that allow students to explore and tap into their potential before entering the job market. Since our establishment in 2016, we have been able to create platforms and resources across 20 universities in Ethiopia.&nbsp;<br />&nbsp;</p>
