Florensis Ethiopia PLC is a multinational garden plant cuttings producing and exporting company that manages around 700 workers throughout the year and hundreds of additional seasonal workers in high production season. The company is situated at Oromia Region, Eastern Shoa Zone: Lome Wereda Koka.
Accordingly, we are looking for a competent and qualified candidate to fill the following position from external applicants.
Purpose of the Job:
Under the Supervision of Board of Florensis; Florensis Ethiopia Plc and Florensis Abysinnia Plc General Managers, the post holder will supervise Liaisons of both companies. The post holder will organize and coordinate office operations and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and Procurement processes. The post holder will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office.
