The job holder will be responsible to Maintain and make available to field sites all data collection tools/formats and ensure that the camp site utilise uniform forms for data collection in a consistent manner ,ensure that timely and complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other health reports are submitted by the camp staffs or any delegated field staff to SCI Gambella office Conduct regular and frequent field visits to the targeted Camp, giving required technical support to the SCI field/camp based staff and community outreach volunteers, Verify the accuracy and consistency of the data collected from Camp field sites for all activities, Collate/compile the Primary health care and RH including SGBV data on morbidities, mortalities, referral, maternal and child health (MCH), community health activities, nutrition activities and submit it in a timely manner to the PMC Ensure that analysed key health data such as on morbidities, mortality and MCH is updated and displayed in all SCI supported the clinic and in SCI offices Support and provide training to SCI field site/camp staff, management of Primary health, nutrition, drug and logistic data and information systems ,Safely keep soft and hard copies of records of all health and nutrition information for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data Closely monitor the Primary health, RH /SGB and nutrition data reporting procedure and immediately report any irregularities to the PMC In consultation with the PMC and Team leader, make sure that the Gambella and Addis SCI office receive on time the monthly statistics that summarizes SCI’s achievements in the Camp.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for the position, applicants should have either a degree/diploma in the field of Health or in Management Information System (MIS), Information Technology (IT) or Statistics, a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with records and data management using Health Information System Management Strong computer application skills. Statistical packages (Excel, STATA, and EpiInfo etc.) Ability to work in resource-limited refugee camp settings, high degree of flexibility, initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision, and also good written and spoken English.
