SCOPE OF WORK/ JOB PURPOSE:
Under the direct supervision of Program Manager, the Business skills Trainer Officer will supervise the livelihood activities in the Shire refugee camps (Adi Harush and Mai Aini Camps)The Business skills Trainer will be responsible for the implementation of integrated entrepreneurship education for women and girls in May-ayni and Adi-harush camp. He/she will also be responsible to monitor and evaluate the progress of the trainees throughout the training, at the end of the training session, business plan development, startup capital provision, and small business establishment.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Minimum Skills and Qualification:
· BA in business studies, social science field, youth development and /or other related fields
· 2 years of experience in NGO setting mainly experience on training business and life skills, and vocational training;
· Proven experience in facilitation and community mobilization skills;
· Technical and report writing skills;
· Fluent spoken and written English and local language;
· Good communication and interpersonal skills;
· Related work and field experiences in social service provision with women and girls is advantageous;
· Ability to use MS office, excel, email and PowerPoint applications very well
· Able to organize, maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure, able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to details
