MahibereHiwot for Social Development (MSD), an Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization, was founded in 1999 by few volunteer youth who were concerned and hence aspired to contribute their part in the national effort to combat the spread of the HIV epidemic. Given its beginning, a major focus of MSD’s work has been in Health, Education, Livelihood, Migration, Child Trafficking and Environment. MSD is looking for qualified and competent applicants for the position of Finance and Admin Coordinator.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Area Office Manager, the Finance & Admin Coordinator is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the efficient utilization of financial, human and material resources in the assigned area and project offices. She/he ensures smooth and cost-effective delivery of area and project offices’ operations; ensures strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines of MSD are implemented and regularly updated; ensures standard Ethiopian laws are complied with. She/he also advises and supports the Area Manager and the Project Office Coordinators in strategic financial and human resource management.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIEs
