Position Title: Livestock Input Voucher Officer
Duty Station: Negelle(1) and Jijiga(2)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
· Degree in Animal science, Veterinary medicine, Livestock production and rangeland management and other related field
· Skills in coordination and organization of institutional and community based seed and agricultural tools supply through vouchers and delivery of agronomic trainings
· Knowledge and practical experience of implementation of voucher Based agricultural inputs supply
· Excellent spoken and written English languages; and knowledge of local languages of the project areas (Oromiffa and Somali languages)
· Ability and willingness to frequently travel to villages and willingness to reside in rural areas
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in closely working with regional and Woreda level Office of Agriculture
· Previous experience working in NGOs is an asset
· Ability to prepare program and activity reports
· Communication skill, good human relations
· Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality
· Familiarity of working in pastoral areas of Oromia and Somali regional states
SUCCESS FACTORS:
· Fluent in English, Fluent in at least two of the following languages: Somali and Oromiffa
· Business minded, entrepreneurial, curious, great problem solving skills, unafraid to ask questions, and results motivated.
· Knowledge and experience of working in pastoral areas of Oromia and Somali region
· Excellent communication, facilitation and networking skills with a wide range of actors across geographical areas
· Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
