Currently, we work with pastoralist, agro-pastoral, pastoral dropouts, rural small holder farmers, rural/urban youth and street children to respond to humanitarian crises and build resilience in Ethiopia working closely with local communities, local government, donors and other key actors. GOAL E Humanitarian Response is centered on nutrition, WASH, livelihoods, multipurpose cash, NFIs and protection interventions in country wide while the recovery and development focus on livelihoods, economic opportunities, health, health and nutrition system strengthening and WASH with solid emphasis on integrated programming and community-based approach in Oromiya regional state. The Street Children programme is implemented with local partners in Addis Ababa and Hawassa.

ABOUT THE ROLE
GOAL Ethiopia is looking for a highly experienced individual for the position of Field Admin and Finance Supervisor who will be will be responsible the overall Financial & Human resource Management of the Regional Programme
ABOUT YOU
You'll be an experienced Field Admin and Finance Supervisor who will responsible for the overall Human resource Management of the Regional Programme Office including but not limited to management & monitoring, following up the implementation of human resource producers, rules and regulation starting from recruitment till termination of employment in liaison with HO HR unit. Coordinate the Admin and HR responsibility of HR representatives as the site. Facilitate the information flow and supervision in liaison with HO HR team from recruitment till termination of employment in liaison with HO HR unit. In general oversee the implementation of HR issues in liaison with HO HR team. Regarding Finance he /she is responsible for management & monitoring of monthly expenditure against budget, following up the implementation the Finance process and polices by liaison with HO Finance unit. Coordinate the Finance responsibility and facilitate the information flow and supervision in liaison with Finance unit.
· BA/Diploma in Accounting, Business Management or related field with 2/4 years’ experience in Finance in an NGO environment
· Very good knowledge and application of MS-Office, especially Excel.
· Good English communication skill (written and spoken).
· High level of accuracy, attention to details and commitment to confidentiality
· Ability to deliver task on deadline.
· Understanding of the NGO nature and willing to travel and live in field site, with frequent transfer from site to site.
· High commitment to maintain an up-to-date and efficient HR information and record keeping system.
· Adherence to the requirements set by the HR Manual and donor guidelines.
· Experience in handling Financial and HR activities, general management/administration skills.
· Very good human relation skills, ability to explain
· Team oriented, flexible and creative approach; keen to take initiative where appropriate.
· Accountability & responsiveness within areas of responsibilities,
· Knowledge and application of advanced excel/Access/Data management tools
Desirable qualities, Skills and Competences:
· Experience and knowledge of USAID/OFDA, ECHO, EHAF, Irish Aid, etc. fund management.
· Very good application of SAGE
· Having Training on any HR related areas.
· Knowledge of local langue: Amharic, Oromifa, Sidamigna, Wolayita, Afargna etc.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Salary - Birr 14,070.21 per month
Transportation Allowance - 10% of monthly salary
Medical Allowance - Birr 6500/annum (will be added in your monthly salary)
Hardship Allowance – 30-50% of your monthly salary
Pension - as per the government pension scheme (11% from the employer and 7% from the employee).
