Prepare realistic operational plan of the job, periodic report and submit to the head of the service,
Follow up and supervise the implementation of both strategic plan and annual budget at all levels in the corporation and prepare and submit professional report to the operation manager, follow up and control the implementation of both short term and long-term plans through scientific techniques/ methods,
Follow and control the utilization of resources and recommend possible and practical improvement to the concerned division,
Coordinate and facilitate the installation and implementation of modern management and information system at corporate and division level and ensure effective communication between the corporate office and divisions
Organize and lead the preparation of corporate profile and document in proper custody,
Follow the daily activities of all operation units, compile periodic reports and submit to the head of the services,
Keep, organize and document the minutes of management meetings at the corporate level,
Record, organize and document the minutes of the division,
Undertake all secretarial operation of the service,
Summarize the decisions of the management meetings and submit to the head of the service,
Assess the information gaps, evaluate the monitoring tools and recommend applicable solution,
Assist in the design of proper workable operation management system at corporation and division level,
Assess the industry sectors in Ethiopia and collect and organize important data that help the analysis of the company,
Collect, organize and document data that help the financial and economic researches,
Actively participate in the team work under the service and contribute to the best of the capacity and respect the value and assets of the division,
Prepare periodic performance reports and submit to the head of the service.
Undertake other duties to be assigned by the head of the service
Job Requirement
Minimum first degree in Management or Economics or Statistics or related field
Basic computer application, analytical, planning, controlling, research and Reporting skill
