Job Summary
The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator supports the development of programmes within the region. S/He takes a leading role in steering and the operational role out Results Based Management (RBM) in Member Associations including alignment of existing programme processes in the region and RBM implementation with ongoing programme changes. S/he leads the development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and their implementation, puts in place programme quality management measures. The incumbent plays a key role in capacity building of key staff; including trainings on Results Based Management and programme planning.
