Ensure that Food & Beverage department Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to.
Ensure the consistent, prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.
Ensure that hygiene standards in all food & beverage related areas far exceed commonly accepted standards.
Ensure that service teams are always correctly and smartly groomed, that they offer professional and courteous service to their guests.
Ensure that product knowledge is up-to-date and carry out regular training/coaching sessions thus ensuring that teams also know the product and can therefore offer the best possible service to guests.
BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field of studies.
Minimum of 4 years or 6 years related experience respectively.
Commitment to professional and company core values.
Capability to develop/coach team effectively.
Able to engage guests effectively.
Good Interpersonal skills.
